How we use information

We use submitted material solely to perform the requested verification or filing-support work, to communicate with you about an engagement, and to operate and secure the site. We do not sell your information.

Confidentiality of submitted filings

Documents you submit for verification are treated as confidential and accessed only by personnel performing the engagement. Do not submit privileged or sealed material except through a secure channel we designate.

Data retention

We retain engagement records and audit logs for the period needed to deliver the service and meet legitimate business and recordkeeping needs, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
