1. Services

CiteVerified provides pre-filing citation verification, record- and exhibit-cite checking, formatting, and filing-preparation support. We verify the existence, quotation, pinpoint, currentness, and record support of authorities you submit and return a manual audit log.

2. Not legal advice

CiteVerified is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal strategy, or legal opinions, and no attorney–client relationship is created by using the service. The attorney of record remains solely responsible for all filings and all final legal judgments.

3. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of materials you submit, for confirming you are authorized to submit them, and for reviewing our audit log before filing. Verification is limited to the materials and authorities you provide.

4. Turnaround and scope

Standard and rush turnaround times are estimates that depend on submission completeness and brief size. Scope is limited to the engagement described at intake.

5. Fees

Fees are as quoted at intake or on the Pricing page and are due as agreed. Rush add-ons apply where selected.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only to perform or receive the services.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
